Michael Simon Brindley Bream Beuttler (born April 13, 1940 – died December 29, 1988) was a British Formula One racing driver. He was known for racing his own privately owned March cars. Mike was born in Cairo, Egypt.
Mike Beuttler was a very skilled driver in Formula Three during the late 1960s. He then moved up to Formula Two and finally reached Formula One in 1971.

How Mike Beuttler's Racing Team Was Funded
Mike's racing team got its money from a group of his friends who worked as stockbrokers. Because of this, his car was often called the "Stockbroker Special."
The team's name changed over time. At first, it was called Clarke-Mordaunt-Guthrie Racing. Later, in 1973, it became Clarke-Mordaunt-Guthrie-Durlacher Racing.

Mike Beuttler raced in Formula One from 1971 to 1973. He competed in 28 races.
His best finish was seventh place at the 1973 Spanish Grand Prix. Even though he didn't score any championship points under the rules back then, he finished in the top ten five times. If today's scoring system had been in place, he would have earned points!
