Millie Davis's Early Life
Millie Davis was born to Megan and Wayne Davis. She has an older brother named Drew, who was born in 2003. Both Millie and Drew are actors. They have even appeared together in the show Orphan Black.
Millie's parents run a theater group called Characters Theatre Troupe. It is located in Thornhill, Ontario.
Millie Davis's Acting Journey
Millie started acting very young. When she was just six months old in June 2007, she appeared in a commercial with her dad. She began getting TV roles before she turned four years old.
She was seven years old when the first season of Odd Squad began. By the start of the third season, she was 13. Millie was the only original cast member still on the show. Her character, Big O, got a new job and left the show in a season three episode. This happened partly because Millie started starring in new shows like The Parker Andersons and Amelia Parker.
In February 2023, when Millie was 16, she talked about balancing school and acting. She said it was a "trial and error process" but felt it helped her grow. Her advice to other young actors is to remember that acting is "less of a hobby than it is a job."
