Monika Linkytė is a talented singer and songwriter from Lithuania. She was born on June 3, 1992. Monika is well-known for representing her country in the Eurovision Song Contest two times. In 2015, she performed with Vaidas Baumila with the song "This Time". They finished 18th in the competition. Later, in 2023, she returned to Eurovision as a solo artist with her song "Stay", achieving an impressive 11th place.
Monika has also competed in other music events. Monika's Early Life and Education
Monika Linkytė was born in Šilutė, Lithuania. After finishing high school in Gargždai, she moved to Vilnius. She started studying public health at Vilnius University but later decided to focus on her passion for music. In 2016, she moved to London to study music education at BIMM University.

After Eurovision, Monika released her popular single "Po dangum". This song became very successful and was certified platinum in Lithuania, meaning it sold a lot of copies. Her first studio album, Walk with Me, was released on September 17, 2015. It also achieved platinum status. On February 18, 2023, Monika won Pabandom iš naujo! 2023, which is Lithuania's national final for Eurovision. Her song "Stay" became the official entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2023. She performed in the second semi-final on May 11, 2023, and qualified for the final by placing fourth. In the grand final, Monika Linkytė achieved an impressive 11th place overall.
