Mount Mackenzie is a tall mountain in British Columbia, Canada. It stands about 2,461 meters (8,074 feet) high. This mountain is just southeast of the city of Revelstoke, British Columbia. It is part of the Selkirk Mountains.
Mount Mackenzie is home to the Revelstoke Mountain Resort ski area. The mountain was named after Sir Alexander Mackenzie. He was the second Prime Minister of Canada. A Prime Minister is the leader of a country's government.

Mount Mackenzie has a subarctic climate. This means it has very cold and snowy winters. The summers are usually mild. Temperatures can drop below -20 °C (-4 °F). With wind, it can feel even colder, sometimes below -30 °C (-22 °F).
