Mount Odin is a large mountain in Nunavut, Canada. It is found on Baffin Island, which is a very big island. The mountain is inside Auyuittuq National Park.
Mount Odin is about 46 km (29 mi) north of a town called Pangnirtung. It is also south of another famous mountain, Mount Asgard. Mount Odin is the highest mountain on all of Baffin Island.

Mount Odin's Height and Location
Mount Odin stands at 2,147 m (7,044 ft) (7,044 feet) tall. It is the highest peak in the Baffin Mountains. These mountains are part of the Arctic Cordillera, a long chain of mountains in eastern Canada.
Comparing Mount Odin to Other Peaks
Mount Odin is the fifth-highest mountain in the entire Arctic Cordillera. It is also very "prominent," meaning it rises sharply from the land around it. This makes it the third-highest mountain in Nunavut based on its prominence.

- The highest point in Nunavut is Barbeau Peak. It is on Ellesmere Island and is 2,616 m (8,583 ft) high.

Naming Mount Odin
This impressive mountain is named after Odin. Odin was the main god in Norse mythology. Norse mythology is a collection of stories and beliefs from ancient Scandinavia.
Geography of Mount Odin
Mount Odin has a very steep and rocky south side. This side drops down into the Weasel River. The area to the north of the mountain is covered in glaciers. Glaciers are huge sheets of ice that move very slowly.
