Mount Tammany is a cool mountain peak located in New Jersey, United States. It's the very last mountain at the southern end of the Kittatinny Mountains. This mountain is quite tall, reaching about 1,526 feet (465 meters) into the sky!

Mount Tammany stands proudly on the east side of a famous spot called the Delaware Water Gap. Imagine a giant river, the Delaware River, cutting right through two mountains! On the other side of the river, in Pennsylvania, you'll see another mountain called Mount Minsi. Together, they form this amazing natural gateway.
