His grandfather is Louis Farrakhan, a well-known leader of the Nation of Islam. His father, Mustapha Farrakhan Sr., also holds an important position in the Nation of Islam. Mustapha Jr. studied Sociology at the University of Virginia.
College Basketball Career
Mustapha Farrakhan Jr. played basketball for four years at the University of Virginia. He was part of the Virginia Cavaliers team from 2007 to 2011.
In his final year of college, he played 31 games. He averaged 13.5 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game. This showed his skill as a key player for his team.
Professional Basketball Journey
