Mynydd Ceiswyn is a mountain found in the beautiful country of Wales. It stands tall in the Dyfi Hills, which are part of the larger Snowdonia area. This mountain is located just south of another peak called Waun-oer.
On the eastern side of Mynydd Ceiswyn, you'll find the peaceful valley of the Nant Ceiswyn. To the south, there's a place known as Cwm Hengae. These valleys add to the scenic views around the mountain.
About Mynydd Ceiswyn
Mynydd Ceiswyn is not just a pretty mountain; it also has interesting geological features. It's crossed by two small "dip faults." A fault in geology is like a crack in the Earth's crust where rocks have moved past each other. "Dip faults" mean the rocks moved up or down along a sloping crack.
