Nantlle Ridge facts for kids

The Nantlle Ridge (also called Welsh: Crib Nantlle in Welsh) is a cool group of mountains in Snowdonia, which is in north Wales. It stretches for about 9 kilometers (or 5.6 miles) from the village of Rhyd Ddu. The ridge ends near Nebo in the Nantlle Valley.
This area is a fantastic place for hill walking. It's often less busy than other famous spots in Snowdonia. You can start your walk from either end of the ridge. Many people like to begin at the Rhyd Ddu end. The paths are not too hard, but you might need to do a little bit of scrambling (which is like easy climbing) in some places.
