Naphtha is found in the Canadian province of Alberta. It is about 6.3 km (3.9 mi) south of a town called Diamond Valley. It is also about 10.7 km (6.6 mi) north of the village of Longview. You can find Naphtha along Alberta Highway 22.

The name Naphtha comes from a liquid product. This product is also called Naphtha. It is a type of oil.
Early Days of Naphtha
Many of the first houses in Naphtha were built for workers. These houses were called bunkhouses. They were for people who worked for the Home Oil Company. This company drilled for oil in the area. Their first oil well was drilled in 1929.
