Nicholas John Frost, born on March 28, 1972, is a well-known English actor, comedian, and screenwriter. He is famous for his roles in a series of comedy films often called the Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy. These movies include Shaun of the Dead (2004), Hot Fuzz (2007), and The World's End (2013). He also starred in the TV comedy series Spaced (1999–2001).
Nick Frost has often worked with his close friend and fellow actor, Simon Pegg. Together, they co-wrote and starred in the 2011 film Paul. In 2020, they also created and starred in the comedy horror series Truth Seekers, which is about paranormal investigations.

About Nick Frost's Early Life
Nick Frost was born in Hornchurch, Greater London, England. His parents, John and Tricia Frost, were designers of office furniture. He went to Beal High School in Ilford. When he was 15, his family faced some tough times, and he started working to help out. He even spent two years living and working on a kibbutz in Israel.
Nick met actor Simon Pegg when he was working as a waiter in a restaurant in North London. They quickly became good friends and even shared a flat. This friendship led to them working together on many projects. Simon Pegg and Jessica Hynes created a role specifically for Nick in the popular comedy series Spaced. This show was partly inspired by Nick and Simon's lives at the time.
Nick Frost's Acting Career
Nick Frost began his acting journey in training videos before landing his first big role.
Starting in Television
In 1999, Nick played Mike, an army-obsessed best friend, in the TV series Spaced. This show became very popular and ran for two seasons on Channel 4. In 2001, he had a small part in a special episode of Victoria Wood's Acorn Antiques.
In 2002, Nick Frost wrote and hosted a show called Danger! 50,000 Volts!. This show was a funny take on outdoor survival programs. In the same year, he also co-wrote and starred in The Sofa of Time. From 2005 to 2007, Nick starred in the comedy sketch show Man Stroke Woman on BBC Three. He also played Commander Henderson in the science fiction sitcom Hyperdrive on BBC Two from 2006 to 2007.

Nick Frost is well-known for his collaborations with Simon Pegg and director Edgar Wright.
- Shaun of the Dead (2004): This was a "romantic zombie comedy" film where Nick starred alongside Simon Pegg. It was a big hit and is considered a classic.
- Hot Fuzz (2007): Nick and Simon teamed up again for this action-comedy film. Nick played Constable Danny Butterman, a friendly police officer who partners with Simon Pegg's character, Nicholas Angel.

Nick Frost is best friends with fellow actor Simon Pegg, and they have worked together on many films and TV shows. He is a supporter of West Ham United football club and the England national football team. He also used to play rugby for Barking RFC.
Nick Frost was married to Mariangela, a production executive, from 2008 to 2015. They have a son together, who was born in 2011. In October 2015, Nick released a book about his life called Truths, Half Truths & Little White Lies.
