Nicole Fiscella was born on September 15, 1979. She was born in either Lenox Hill, Manhattan or Rochester, New York. Her family has roots from India and Saint Lucia. Both of her parents are doctors. She also has a younger brother named Chaz.
Nicole grew up in Rochester, New York. She was part of the All-State Jazz Choir. After high school, she went to Tufts University. There, she earned a degree in Anthropology, which is the study of human societies and cultures. She also has a Master's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. This means she is a certified nutritionist, someone who gives advice on healthy eating. She chose to study nutrition because her parents were doctors and she wanted to work in health care.
