Nineveh, England facts for kids
Nineveh is a name given to at least three different places in England. It's a bit like having several towns named "Springfield" in different parts of a country! These places are usually small settlements, like tiny villages or groups of houses.

Nineveh in Worcestershire
There are two small places called Nineveh in the northern part of Worcestershire county. Both are known as hamlets, which means they are very small settlements, often just a few houses, without a church.
The Northern Nineveh
One of these hamlets is located near the village of Bayton. It's very close to the border with another county called Shropshire. This Nineveh is a quiet spot, surrounded by the countryside of Worcestershire.
The Southern Nineveh
The other Nineveh in Worcestershire is found in an area called Kyre. It sits along a road that connects two towns: Tenbury Wells and Bromyard. Like its northern namesake, this Nineveh is also a small collection of homes.
Nineveh in Staffordshire (now Birmingham)
Long ago, there was another place called Nineveh in the county of Staffordshire. This area was part of a place called Handsworth. Over time, as the city of Birmingham grew bigger and bigger, this Nineveh was completely surrounded and became part of the large city. So, it's not a separate hamlet anymore, but a historical name for a part of modern-day Birmingham.
