North Key Largo is a special area in Monroe County, Florida, in the United States. It's not a city, but a "census-designated place" (CDP), which means it's a community the government counts for population. In 2020, about 1,431 people lived there, which was more than in 2010. This area is home to two private clubs, the Ocean Reef Club and the Key Largo Anglers Club. You can get to North Key Largo from the mainland by crossing the Card Sound Bridge.

North Key Largo is found in the northern part of the Florida Keys. It covers the top 13 miles of the island of Key Largo. To its south is the community of Key Largo.

Surrounding Waters and Land

To the west, you'll find Barnes Sound and Card Sound, which separate the island from the mainland. Palo Alto Key is to the north, and the big Atlantic Ocean is to the east.
