North Saint Paul, often called North St. Paul, is a city in Ramsey County, Minnesota. It is located northeast of the city of Saint Paul. In 2010, about 11,460 people lived there.

North Saint Paul is a separate city, not just a neighborhood of Saint Paul. Unlike many newer suburbs, North Saint Paul has older buildings. It also has a downtown area with brick shops.

You can find the 20-ton North Saint Paul Snowman on the east side of the Margaret Street bridge. This snowman is the official symbol of the city. It was built between 1971 and 1974 by Lloyd Koesling. In 1990, it was moved to its current spot.

North Saint Paul covers about 3.01 square miles (7.80 square kilometers). Most of this area is land, about 2.85 square miles (7.38 square kilometers). The rest is water, about 0.16 square miles (0.41 square kilometers).
