Ocean City is a small community located in Grays Harbor County, Washington, in the United States. It is known as a census-designated place (CDP). This means it's an area that looks like a town but isn't officially set up as one.
In 2020, about 232 people lived in Ocean City. This was a small increase from the 200 people who lived there in 2010.
Where is Ocean City?
Ocean City is found in the western part of Grays Harbor County. It sits right on the coast, next to the Pacific Ocean.
To the north of Ocean City, you'll find Copalis Beach. To the south is Hogans Corner. On its eastern side, there's State Route 109 and Cranberry Creek.
State Route 109 is an important road. It goes north for about 13 miles (21 km) to a place called Moclips. If you go southeast on the same road, you'll reach Hoquiam, which is about 17 miles (27 km) away.
The total area of Ocean City is about 3.4 square miles (8.8 square kilometers). Most of this area, about 3.3 square miles (8.6 square kilometers), is land. The rest, about 0.08 square miles (0.2 square kilometers), is water.
