Olcott is a small community, often called Olcott Beach, in Niagara County, New York. It is part of the Town of Newfane. In 2020, about 1,072 people lived there. Olcott is located near the cities of Buffalo and Niagara Falls.

Olcott is a community right by Lake Ontario. It has the deepest harbor on Lake Ontario west of Rochester. The community is where two main roads, NYS Route 18 and NYS Route 78, meet.

The Olcott-Newfane Airport (D80) is located south of the community. It is currently closed for most planes, but very light aircraft called "ultralights" can still use it.
