Partnership of a European Group of Aeronautics and Space Universities facts for kids
PEGASUS stands for the Partnership of a European Group of Aeronautics and Space UniversitieS. It is a special group of universities across Europe. These universities teach about airplanes, rockets, and space. PEGASUS helps students from different countries study together. It also helps universities work on new research projects.
This group was started in 1998 by some French schools. These schools included ENAC, ENSMA, and ISAE. Big airplane makers like Airbus work closely with the PEGASUS network. They want to make sure students learn the skills needed for the aerospace industry.
