Phankham Viphavanh (Lao: ພັນຄຳ ວິພາວັນ; born April 14, 1951) is an important politician from Laos. He has held many high-ranking positions in his country's government. He was the Prime Minister of Laos, which is like being the head of the government, from March 2021 until December 2022.

Phankham Viphavanh was born on April 14, 1951. He is a member of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party. This is the main political party in Laos. He has been part of the Politburo and the Executive Committee. These are important leadership groups within the party.

Phankham Viphavanh has had a long career in public service. He started as a deputy minister in the prime minister's office. This was from 2003 to 2005.
