Plumbland is a small village located in the Cumberland area of Cumbria, England. It's found in the north-west part of the county. This quiet village is only two miles away from the famous Lake District National Park. The Lake District is known for its amazing natural beauty. In 2011, about 341 people lived in Plumbland. The area around Plumbland, called its parish, also includes the smaller communities of Threapland, Parsonby, and Arkleby.

How Plumbland is Governed
