Ponce-Davis is a special kind of neighborhood located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in the United States. It's called an "unincorporated community" because it doesn't have its own city government. Instead, it's managed by the county.
This community gets its name from two important roads. One is Ponce De Leon Road, which runs north and south. The other is Davis Drive, which runs east and west.

This area is mostly made up of homes. You will find many single-family houses here. There are no big shopping areas or businesses within Ponce-Davis itself.
A Look Back in Time
In 2018, the nearby city of Coral Gables wanted to make Ponce-Davis part of its city. They also wanted to include High Pines. This process is called annexation.
However, in 2019, Miami-Dade County said no to this idea. They also turned down a similar request for another community called Little Gables.
