Prince Oscar of Sweden, Duke of Skåne (born 2 March 2016) is a member of the Swedish Royal Family. His full name is Oscar Carl Olof.
He is the younger child and only son of Crown Princess Victoria and her husband, Prince Daniel. Prince Oscar is a grandson of King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia. He is third in line to the Swedish throne, after his mother and his older sister, Princess Estelle.

Prince Oscar's Birth
Prince Oscar was born on 2 March 2016. He was born at Karolinska University Hospital in Solna, Sweden.
To celebrate his birth, special "21-gun salutes" were fired. These are a traditional way to honor royal births. A "Te Deum" thanksgiving service was also held. This is a special church service to give thanks.
His names and title, Duke of Skåne, were announced the day after his birth. His grandfather, the King, made the announcement.
Christening of Prince Oscar
Prince Oscar was christened on 27 May 2016. The ceremony took place at the Royal Chapel of Stockholm Palace in Stockholm.
