Pruess Lake is a small lake in Utah, United States. It gets its water from natural springs. The lake is found in a place called Snake Valley, in Millard County. It is located in the western part of central Utah.

Pruess Lake is just south of a town called Garrison. It is also north of another town named Burbank. The lake was named after Charles Preuss. He was a mapmaker who traveled with an explorer named John C. Fremont. Fremont went on several big trips to explore the American West. It is not known why the spelling of the lake's name is "Pruess" instead of "Preuss." However, all official maps and state documents use the spelling "Pruess." The lake covers an area of about one square mile.
