The Pueblo Weisbrod Aircraft Museum is a cool place to visit in Southern Colorado. It's a non-profit museum, which means it's run for public benefit, not to make money. It was started in the mid-1970s by Fred Weisbrod, who used to be the city manager of Pueblo.
The museum has two big buildings called hangars. These were built in 2005 and 2011. Inside, you can see many airplanes and thousands of old items. These items show the history of flight from World War I up to today.
This museum is also home to two other special places. One is the International B-24 Memorial Museum. The other is the Southern Colorado Space Museum and Learning Center. You can also find many old military vehicles here. Many of these vehicles can still be driven!
The museum is located near the Pueblo Memorial Airport. This area was once a military base during World War II. The Pueblo Historical Aircraft Society helps manage and take care of the museum.
The museum has about forty military and civilian aircraft. It also has several military vehicles. Sometimes, the museum has special "open cockpit" days. This means you might get to sit inside some of the planes! They also host "fly-ins" at the nearby airport. The museum has a large library too, full of books and research materials about aviation. Volunteers help run the museum. They give tours, work in the gift shop, and even help fix and restore old aircraft.

The Pueblo Weisbrod Aircraft Museum was started by a group of people who loved airplanes. This happened in the 1980s. In 2008, the museum asked for money to build another hangar. This new building would help them show even more amazing aircraft.
