Rafe Joseph Spall (born 10 March 1983) is an English actor. He is known for his roles in many popular films and TV shows.

About Rafe Spall's Early Life
Rafe Joseph Spall was born in East Dulwich, London, on 10 March 1983. He is the second of three children. His father, Timothy Spall, is also a famous actor.
Rafe was named after a character his father played in a play. He always wanted to be an actor, just like his dad. When Rafe was 14, his father became ill, but he recovered after 18 months of treatment.
Becoming an Actor
Rafe found school difficult and left to pursue acting. He joined the National Youth Theatre when he was 15. Even though he didn't get into the drama schools he wanted, he started working as an actor.
When he was 19, Rafe decided to lose weight. This helped him get more different types of acting roles.
