What Happens in "Raging Bully"?
Phineas vs. Buford: The Thumb War Challenge
While at the food court in the mall, Phineas accidentally drops his ice cream cone. It lands right on Buford's pants! Everyone in the food court starts laughing at Buford. This makes Buford really mad, and he challenges Phineas to a fight.
Suddenly, boxing champion Evander Holyfield shows up. He suggests they have an organized thumb wrestling match instead. Buford agrees to this idea. Phineas and Ferb's friends, Baljeet and Isabella, warn Phineas about Buford. But Holyfield starts training Phineas with some unusual tasks. These include punching a string of sausages and playing Dance Dance Revolution.
Dr. Doofenshmirtz's Birthday Plan
Meanwhile, Perry the Platypus goes to an old cake factory. There, he gets trapped in a big vat of cake mix. His enemy, Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz, appears. Doofenshmirtz explains that it's his birthday. He tells Perry that his parents never came to his birthday parties, even when he was born. Now, he plans to use a special machine called "the Slave-inator." This machine will make everyone celebrate his birthday. He then flies off with his invention.
Perry escapes from the cake mix and follows Doofenshmirtz. They fight in the air, and the machine accidentally turns on. While fighting, Doofenshmirtz tries to make Perry let go of his flying machine. This causes the machine to break down. So, the people below still don't want to celebrate his birthday. Doofenshmirtz is defeated. He drops the ice cream cone he was eating, and it falls to the ground.
The Big Match and Surprising Endings
Finally, the big thumb wrestling match begins. Buford easily beats Phineas in each round. In the last round, Buford is very strong and pulls Phineas up into the air. Just then, Doofenshmirtz's ice cream cone falls. It lands right on Phineas's head! Buford is happy that Phineas is now embarrassed. He calls off the match. The audience watching the match starts cleaning up the mess. This happens because Doofenshmirtz's machine accidentally told them to.
A few minutes later, in the parking lot, Phineas thanks Holyfield for his help. Holyfield then walks away. Ferb makes a comment that accidentally offends Buford. Buford is about to fight Ferb, but Ferb quickly knocks Buford out with a special move called a Vulcan nerve pinch. Phineas is very surprised. When Phineas asks Ferb why he did it, Ferb simply says, "Well, he was all up in my face."
