Professional career
Milwaukee Bucks (2007–2009)
On June 28, 2007, the Milwaukee Bucks picked Ramon Sessions as the 56th player in the 2007 NBA draft. He started his professional career by playing for the Tulsa 66ers in the NBA Development League (now called the G-League). He played very well there and was called back to the Bucks in February 2008. He made his NBA debut on March 9, 2008.
Sessions quickly showed his talent. He often scored over 10 points and made many assists. On April 14, 2008, he had an amazing game against the Chicago Bulls, scoring 20 points and making a record 24 assists for the Bucks. He was the first player in the team's history to get 20 points and 20 assists in one game. His 24 assists were the third-highest ever by an NBA rookie. He was named Eastern Conference Rookie of the Month for April.
In the 2008–09 season, Sessions continued to shine. He scored over 10 points in 53 games and over 20 points in 12 games. Charlotte Hornets (2016–2017)
