Muhammad Ramzan Chhipa (Urdu: محمد رمضان چھیپا; born 9 October 1971) is a kind-hearted Pakistani person who helps others. He is known as a philanthropist, which means someone who loves humanity and gives money or time to help people. He is also a social worker, meaning he works to improve the lives of people in his community.

He started the Chhipa Welfare Association, a special group in Pakistan. This group is famous for its amazing social work and has the second-largest ambulance service in the whole country!

His organization has more than 500 Chhipa Ambulances. These ambulances are driven by Chhipa volunteers and have important tools like first aid kits and oxygen tanks. They are placed in over 150 special centers in busy areas, on city roundabouts, and near hospitals in Karachi and other parts of Pakistan. This helps them give quick help to people who are sick, hurt, or need emergency care.

Ramzan Chhipa decided to start the Chhipa Welfare Association after a sad event in Karachi in 1987. This event made him want to help people in need.

In January 2025, Chhipa provided a safe place and support to an American person named Onijah Robinson. She became well-known on the internet after traveling to Pakistan and needed help.
