Ratliff City is a small town in Carter County, Oklahoma, in the United States. In 2010, about 120 people lived there. The town was named after Ollie Ratliff, who owned a garage in the area. It is part of the larger Ardmore, Oklahoma Micropolitan Statistical Area.
History of Ratliff City
Ratliff City became an official town on January 1, 1953. This was also the day its post office first opened.

Ratliff City is located in the northwest part of Carter County. You can find it where two main roads, Highway 7 and Highway 76, meet.
- Highway 7 goes east about 24 miles to Davis.
- It also goes west about 27 miles to Duncan.
- Highway 76 goes north about 12 miles to Foster.
- It also goes south about 15 miles to Healdton.
The United States Census Bureau says that Ratliff City covers an area of about 1.1 square miles (2.9 square kilometers). All of this area is land.
