Raymond Lamarr Webber (born June 1, 1989) is a former American football wide receiver. A wide receiver is a player who catches passes from the quarterback. He was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2011. This means he joined the team without being chosen in the main player draft. Raymond Webber played college football for the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
