Because he transferred schools, Raymond could not play sports in his first year at Clyde C. Miller. But after that, he became a great athlete. He played three different sports very well. These sports were basketball, football, and track.

Raymond Webber went to the University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff. There, he studied business marketing. He was a key player for the football team for four years. Being a "letterman" means he earned a special award for playing well.

In July 2011, Raymond signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He joined them as an undrafted free agent. This means he was not picked in the main draft but still got a chance to play. Time with the New York Jets
