Anne Marie "Ree" Drummond (born January 6, 1969) is an American blogger, author, and television star. She became famous for her blog, The Pioneer Woman. This blog shared stories about her life on a ranch in Oklahoma.
Because her blog was so popular, Ree Drummond got her own TV show. It's also called The Pioneer Woman and airs on The Food Network. The show started in 2011. She has also written many cookbooks, books for children, and a book about her own life. In 2015, she started selling products for the home, like cooking tools and clothes.

Early Life and Education
Ree Drummond grew up in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She lived with her two brothers and a sister. After finishing Bartlesville High School in 1987, she moved to Los Angeles, California.
She went to the University of Southern California. She first studied journalism and then changed to gerontology. After college, she planned to go to law school. But her plans changed when she met and married Ladd Drummond. Her husband comes from a well-known ranching family in Oklahoma.
Ree's Famous Blog
Ree Drummond started her blog in May 2006. It was first called Confessions of a Pioneer Woman. Later, she changed the name to The Pioneer Woman. On her blog, Ree writes about many things. She shares stories about ranch life and homeschooling her children.

Personal Life and Family
On September 21, 1996, Ree married Ladd Drummond. He is part of a famous ranching family in Osage County, Oklahoma. Ree often calls him "the Marlboro Man" in her blog and books.
They live on a large cattle ranch near Pawhuska, Oklahoma. They have five children and one grandchild.
In 2016, the Drummonds opened a store and restaurant called The Mercantile. It is in a 100-year-old building in downtown Pawhuska. They also opened a bed and breakfast called "The Boarding House" in 2018. Later, they opened a pizza place called "P-Town Pizza." In 2020, they opened "Charlie's Sweet Shop," an ice cream and candy store. This shop was named after their beloved basset hound dog, Charlie, who passed away in 2017.
