Reginald Eugene White (born March 22, 1970) is a former American professional football player. He was a defensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL). Reggie played for the San Diego Chargers and the New England Patriots. He was chosen by the Chargers in the 1992 NFL draft. Before that, he played college football at North Carolina A&T State University.

Early Life and High School Football
Reggie White grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. He played high school football for the Milford Mill Academy Millers. While playing for the Millers, he helped his team win a state championship in 1987. This showed his talent for football from a young age.
Professional Football Career
Reggie White was picked by the San Diego Chargers in the sixth round of the 1992 NFL draft. The NFL draft is where professional teams choose new players from colleges. He was the 147th player chosen overall that year.
He played for the Chargers for three seasons, from 1992 to 1994. After that, he joined the New England Patriots for the 1995 season. During his time with the Patriots, he played in all sixteen games. He started seven of those games as a defensive tackle.
Coaching After Playing
After his time as a professional player, Reggie White returned to his old high school. He became the head coach for the Milford Mill Academy Millers. This allowed him to share his experience and love for football with younger players.

Reggie White is married to Nicole. He has two sons. His son, Reggie White Jr., also plays football. Reggie White Jr. played college football at Monmouth. He now plays in the Canadian Football League. Reggie's other son, Nicholas, plays football at Milford Mill Academy, just like his father did.
