Her first album, My Conscience and I, was released on December 3, 2007. In December of that year, her version of the song "Teenage Kicks" was used. It was featured in the movie St Trinian's and on its soundtrack.

Remi Nicole's second album, Cupid Shoot Me, was released on August 31, 2009. She called this album her "real debut." She felt her first album was more like a collection of early recordings. She wrote all 11 songs on Cupid Shoot Me. She said the album was about "not being in love." The first song from this album was "Standing Tears Apart," released on August 24.

In 2022, her cover of "Welcome to My World" was used in an advertisement. It was for the home improvement store Wickes. The ad campaign, called "Open Up," started on March 25, 2022. It was shown during the TV show Gogglebox on Channel 4.

Remi Nicole has appeared on television many times. She often appeared on E4 and Channel 4. She helped present the show Freshly Squeezed with Nick Grimshaw.
