Richard Epcar is an American voice actor, voice director, and writer. He has given his voice to over 1,200 characters in cartoons, video games, and anime. He is known for many famous roles.

Some of his most well-known characters include Raiden from the Mortal Kombat games. He also voiced The Joker in several games like Injustice: Gods Among Us and Mortal Kombat 11. In the anime Bleach, he voiced Zangetsu and Yhwach. He was also Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo in the show of the same name.

Richard Epcar also voiced Etemon and Myotismon in Digimon. He played Batou in Ghost in the Shell and Xehanort/Ansem in Kingdom Hearts. Fans also know him as Joseph Joestar in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders. He is also the voice of Akuma in Street Fighter V. Richard Epcar and his wife, Ellyn Stern, run a company called Epcar Entertainment. They provide voice-over services in Los Angeles.
