What is Lost Galaxy About?
The story of Power Rangers Lost Galaxy begins with a group of brave people leaving Earth. They are traveling on a giant space colony called Terra Venture. They hope to find a new home planet.
Meet the Galaxy Rangers
- Leo Corbett and his brother Mike are on Terra Venture.
- They meet Kai Chen and Kendrix Morgan.
- Damon Henderson, a skilled mechanic, joins them.
- On the Moon, they meet Maya, a girl from a tribe. She leads them to her home planet, Mirinoi.
- On Mirinoi, they find the powerful Quasar Sabers stuck in a stone.
- After pulling the Sabers out, Mike falls into a deep crack. But he quickly passes his Saber to Leo.
- With the Quasar Sabers, they transform into the amazing Galaxy Power Rangers!
Fighting Space Villains
The Galaxy Rangers face many evil villains from across the galaxy. These include Scorpius, Trakeena, Deviot, and Captain Mutiny. As they fight, the Rangers discover giant animal-like beings called Galactabeasts. These creatures can turn into powerful robots called Galactazords.
They also meet a mysterious warrior known as the Magna Defender. He later reveals that Mike is inside him. The Magna Defender sacrifices himself, and Mike gains his powers.
Pink Ranger's Sacrifice and a New Hero
Later, the evil Psycho Rangers return. The Power Rangers in Space team joins the Galaxy Rangers to help defeat them. During this big battle, Kendrix, the Pink Ranger, bravely gives her life. She saves the Pink Space Ranger and the Terra Venture colony from Psycho Pink.
After this, Karone, who used to be the evil princess Astronema (and is the sister of the Red Space Ranger Andros), becomes the new Pink Ranger. Kendrix's spirit appears and passes her powers to Karone. Karone then joins the team to protect Terra Venture.
Lost in Space
Deviot later reads from a special book called the Galaxy Book. This sends Terra Venture and himself into a strange place called the "Lost Galaxy." Here, the Rangers meet Captain Mutiny and his pirate crew. These space pirates live in a castle on the back of a huge space dragon!
Deviot joins Captain Mutiny. They try to turn everyone on Terra Venture into slaves to mine for "Earth." The colony eventually escapes the Lost Galaxy. Mike bravely gives up his Magna Defender powers to keep a portal open for them.
The Final Battle
Deviot returns to Trakeena, but she finds out he betrayed her. She chases him, and they both fall into a special cocoon that Scorpius made. This fuses them together, making Trakeena even more powerful and dangerous.
Trakeena uses her army to attack Terra Venture. She destroys two of the Rangers' giant robots, the Stratoforce and Centaurus Megazords. The people of Terra Venture have to leave their colony and go to a nearby planet.
The Rangers destroy Trakeena's ship by blowing up their own Astro Megaship. But Leo gets stranded on the moon. Trakeena also survives, but she is hurt. She uses the cocoon to turn into a scary insect-like monster. She makes the damaged Terra Venture crash towards the planet below.
Leo and the other Rangers fight Trakeena, but she is too strong. Leo uses his special Battlizer power and blasts her at close range, finally defeating her. The colony is about to crash, but the Galaxy Megazord changes its path and lands safely.
Everyone is happy to see the Rangers and their Galactabeasts alive! The Zords then show the Rangers that they have landed back on Mirinoi. The Rangers return their Quasar Sabers to the stone. This brings the people of Mirinoi, who were turned to stone, back to life. Amazingly, Kendrix also returns! The colonists then settle on Mirinoi, and the series ends.
