Wallace "Wally" Wingert is a talented American voice actor. He used to be a disc jockey (DJ) on the radio. You might know his voice from many popular cartoons, anime, and video games. Some of his most famous roles include Almighty Tallest Red in Invader Zim, Renji Abarai in Bleach, and the Riddler in the Batman: Arkham video games. He also voiced Jon Arbuckle in The Garfield Show and Cubot in the Sonic the Hedgehog series.

Early Life and Beginnings
Wally Wingert was born in Des Moines, Iowa. When he was young, his family moved to Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He started his career in radio when he was just 16 years old, back in 1977. He worked as a disc jockey, playing music and talking on the air.
Moving to Los Angeles
In 1987, Wally moved to Los Angeles, California. This is a big city known for its entertainment industry. He continued his radio work there. In 1989, he even made a funny song parody for the Dr. Demento radio show. It was a parody of "Wild, Wild West" and was called "Adam West". This was a playful response to the actor Michael Keaton being cast as Batman in the 1989 movie.
From Radio to Voice Acting
Wally worked for different radio stations for many years. Eventually, he decided to focus on acting and voice acting. He has said that meeting the famous voice actor Kevin Conroy was a big inspiration for his career. Kevin Conroy was well-known for voicing Batman.

Wally Wingert became the announcer for The Jay Leno Show. He continued this role when Jay Leno returned to The Tonight Show.
He has voiced many characters that kids and teens love.
- He was the voice of Jon Arbuckle, Garfield's owner, in The Garfield Show.
- He played Almighty Tallest Red in the animated series Invader Zim.
- He also voiced Ant-Man / Giant-Man in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
- In the Batman: Arkham video game series, he is the voice of the clever villain, the Riddler.
