Riki Lindhome (born March 5, 1979) is a talented American actress, comedian, and musician. She is well-known for her work as a singer and songwriter in the comedy music duo Garfunkel and Oates, alongside her friend Kate Micucci.
Riki started her TV career in 2002 with small parts in shows like Titus and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Later, she appeared in popular series such as Gilmore Girls (2005–2006) and The Big Bang Theory (2008; 2017). She also helped create and star in the funny show Another Period (2015–2018) for Comedy Central.
More recently, Riki voiced Kimberly Harris in the animated show Duncanville (2020–2022). In 2022, she played Dr. Valerie Kinbott in the popular Netflix series Wednesday. In 2023, she was a guest star in the Disney+ series The Muppets Mayhem.
Riki Lindhome also has many film roles. She made her movie debut in Million Dollar Baby (2004). She has appeared in comedy horror films like Hell Baby (2013) and The Wolf of Snow Hollow (2020). You might also recognize her from movies such as The Lego Batman Movie (2017) and the mystery film Knives Out (2019).
In 2007, Riki formed the duo Garfunkel and Oates with Kate Micucci. They even had their own TV show on IFC in 2014. Their comedy special, Garfunkel and Oates: Trying to Be Special (2016), was nominated for a big award called a Primetime Emmy Award.

Early Life and Education
Erika Lindhome was born on March 5, 1979, in Coudersport, Pennsylvania. She grew up in Portville, New York. Riki finished high school in Portville in 1997. She then studied communications and film at Syracuse University, graduating in 2000.
In 1997, Riki won first place in an essay contest called the JFK Profiles in Courage essay contest. This award was given by the John F. Kennedy Library in Boston. Riki's essay was about United States Representative Carolyn McCarthy. McCarthy became a politician after a tragic event, challenging a congressman who had voted to end a ban on certain weapons.

Acting Roles
Riki Lindhome began her acting journey without a manager. Her first roles were in a short film and the TV show Titus. In 2002, she appeared in an episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. In 2003, she joined a theater group called The Actors' Gang. She performed in a play called Embedded.
Four actors from that play, including Riki, were chosen for the 2004 movie Million Dollar Baby. In this film, Riki played Mardell Fitzgerald, the sister of the main character.
Riki also had a small part in Gilmore Girls in 2002. Later, she returned to the show as Juliet, a character who counted calories. In 2006, she was in the horror film Pulse. She also played a nurse in the 2008 movie Changeling.
She guest-starred in The Big Bang Theory as Ramona Nowitzki. Ramona was a graduate student who was very interested in the character Sheldon Cooper. Riki also appeared in Pushing Daisies and Criminal Minds. In 2008, she played Hilary in My Best Friend's Girl. In 2009, she starred as Sadie in the horror movie The Last House on the Left.
In 2011, Riki was part of a funny video called "Nuthin' But a Glee Thang." From 2010 to 2013, she hosted a podcast called Making It with Riki Lindhome. On this podcast, she interviewed people in entertainment about how they became famous. From 2011 to 2013, she played Harper in the HBO series Enlightened. She also appeared in Joss Whedon's movie Much Ado About Nothing (2012) and the comedy film Fun Size (2012). In 2013, she starred in the horror-comedy movie Hell Baby as Marjorie.
In 2015, Riki Lindhome and Natasha Leggero created the Comedy Central show Another Period. Riki also starred in this show as Beatrice Bellacourt. The series is about a rich family living in Newport, Rhode Island, around the year 1900. She also had a role in The Muppets as Becky, Fozzie Bear's human girlfriend. In 2015, she appeared in Fresh Off the Boat and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. She voiced Poison Ivy in The Lego Batman Movie (2017).
In 2018, Riki guest-starred in the show Kidding. She also played "The Actress" in the movie Under the Silver Lake. In 2019, she was in the mystery film Knives Out as Donna Thrombey. In February 2020, she began voicing Kimberly Harris in the animated show Duncanville. Kimberly is the emotional 12-year-old sister of the main character. In October 2020, she starred as police officer Julia Robson in the comedy thriller film The Wolf of Snow Hollow.
In 2022, she voiced Royal Assistant Beep Beep in the animated movie King Tweety. She also starred as Dr. Valerie Kinbott in the Netflix series Wednesday. Dr. Kinbott is Wednesday Addams's kind but firm therapist.
In 2023, she guest-starred in Disney's The Muppets Mayhem. She played Justine the Belieber, a fan who steals a van. In 2024, she appeared as Maud in the horror film Afraid.
Music Career
Riki Lindhome is known as "Garfunkel" in the comedy-folk music duo Garfunkel and Oates. She performs with her friend and fellow songwriter Kate Micucci. They write and sing funny songs together.
Other Projects
As of November 2021, Riki Lindhome is writing the script for an upcoming animated musical film called Steps. She will also be an executive producer for the movie. She will co-write the song lyrics with Kate Micucci.
Personal Life
Riki Lindhome has a son, who was born in March 2022. She married Fred Armisen on June 1, 2022.
