Robert Costanzo (born October 20, 1942) is an American actor. He has worked in movies, TV shows, and as a voice actor. Robert is known for playing tough, New York-style characters. He has been acting for over 40 years. He has done both serious and funny roles.
As a voice actor, he is famous for being the voice of Harvey Bullock. This character is from the DC Animated Universe. He also often voices characters that sound like actor Danny DeVito. A notable role was Philoctetes in the 1998 Hercules animated TV series. He also voiced Philoctetes in the Kingdom Hearts video game series.
