Robin's Donuts started a long time ago in 1975. Two people named Harvey Cardwell and George Spicer opened the very first store. It was in a city called Thunder Bay, in Ontario, Canada.
In 2006, a company called Chairman's Brand Corporation bought Robin's Donuts. They also bought other food companies at the same time.
A new logo was created for Robin's in 2015. The word "Donuts" was removed from the name. This change likely happened because Robin's started selling many new kinds of food, not just donuts.
