Rog Island (which means 'horn island' in Bulgarian, from Bulgarian: остров Рог, romanizedostrov Rog) is a small island in Antarctica. It's partly covered in ice and is about 557 meters (1,827 feet) long and 208 meters (682 feet) wide. It's part of the Dannebrog Islands group, which belongs to the Wilhelm Archipelago near the Antarctic Peninsula. The island covers an area of about 5.06 hectares, which is roughly the size of five international football fields.

The island got its name because its shape looks a bit like an animal's horn. 'Rog' is the Bulgarian word for horn. Many islands in this area have names that describe their shape or features.
