The Roraiman barbtail (Roraimia adusta) is a small bird. It belongs to the Furnariidae family, also known as ovenbirds. This bird is the only species in its group, called the Roraimia genus.
You can find the Roraiman barbtail in the high forests of the tepuis. These are special flat-topped mountains. It lives in southern Venezuela, western Guyana, and the far north of Brazil. Its name comes from Mount Roraima, a famous tepui.
