Muhammad Roslin bin Hashim (born October 23, 1975) is a former badminton player from Malaysia. He was a gold medalist in men's singles at the 2001 SEA Games. Roslin is also the older brother of another famous badminton player, Muhammad Hafiz Hashim.

Roslin Hashim's Badminton Career

Playing at the 2004 Olympics

Roslin Hashim played badminton at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. He competed in the men's singles event. Unfortunately, he lost in his very first match to Soni Dwi Kuncoro from Indonesia. Soni Dwi Kuncoro later went on to win a bronze medal at those Olympics.

Working with the Badminton Association of Malaysia

In 2007, Roslin had some disagreements with the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM). This was because his name was not entered for some important tournaments. These included the Singapore Open and the Indonesia Open. He also missed the 2006 China Open and the 2007 Malaysia Super Series.
