Sara Hussain (Urdu: ساره لورين), known to many as Sara Loren (born December 11, 1985), is a talented Pakistani actress and model. She is famous for her work in both Bollywood (Hindi) and Lollywood (Urdu) movies, as well as television shows. One of her most well-known roles was playing Barkhaa in a 2015 film.

Early life and background

Sara Loren was born and grew up in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Her father moved to Kuwait from Rajasthan in India when India was divided into new countries. Her mother is from Lahore, Punjab in Pakistan.

In an interview in India, Sara shared that her family name is 'Rana,' which is used by some families in Rajasthan. When she was a teenager, her father passed away. After this, she and her family moved to Lahore, Pakistan.

Career highlights

Sara Loren began her acting journey in 2003 with a TV show called Rabia Zinda Rahegi. She has appeared in many other popular TV series like Makan, Mehar Bano aur Shah Bano, and Riyasat. She was even nominated for an award for her acting in Main Mar Gai Shaukat Ali.

She also performed on stage in plays such as Anarkali in cities like Karachi and Delhi.

In 2010, Sara made her first appearance in a Bollywood film called Kajraare. The next year, she had a special guest appearance in a song for the film Love Mein Ghum.

In 2013, she made her debut in Lollywood (Pakistani cinema) with the film Anjuman. For her role in Anjuman, she won the Tarang Housefull Award for Best Actress. In 2014, she performed a special dance in a song called "Saiyaan" for the film Saltanat.

She later starred in the 2015 film Barkhaa, where she played a girl from a small town who becomes a bar dancer. The film was shown for 50 days but did not earn much money at the box office.
