Her parents were born in Pakistan. Sara has mentioned that she comes from a diverse background because her father was a Rajput from Rajasthan. When she was a teenager, her father passed away. After that, her family moved to Lahore, Pakistan.

Sara Loren started her acting journey in 2003 with a TV show called Rabia Zinda Rahegi. She has appeared in many other TV series, including Mahnoor, Meharun Nisa, Makan, Mehar Bano aur Shah Bano, Sandal, and Riyasat. She was even nominated for an award for her acting in Main Mar Gai Shaukat Ali.
