Seantavius Jones started his professional football career in 2014. He joined the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent. This means he was not chosen in the main player draft but was signed by a team afterward.
Playing for the New Orleans Saints
Seantavius Jones signed with the New Orleans Saints on May 12, 2014. He was sometimes on the main team and sometimes on the practice squad. The practice squad is where players train with the team but don't play in games. He stayed with the Saints until February 2016.
Time with Other NFL Teams
After the Saints, Jones played for a few other NFL teams. In February 2016, he signed with the Philadelphia Eagles. He was with them for a short time. Later that year, he joined the Kansas City Chiefs. He was part of their practice squad and signed a future contract. He left the Chiefs in September 2017.
In January 2018, Jones signed with the Indianapolis Colts. He was waived by them in September 2018.
