- The 2012 Idea House was an old farmhouse from the 1830s. It was located in Senoia's Gin Property neighborhood. This house was moved, taken apart to show its original materials, and then completely redone. New parts were added, and it was redecorated. This was the first time an Idea House was not a brand new building. Instead, it was a restoration and expansion of a historic home. Today, this house is a private home.
