How Snow Peak Was Formed

Snow Peak is made of a type of rock called sedimentary rock. This rock formed a very, very long time ago. It started as tiny bits of sand and mud. These bits settled at the bottom of ancient shallow seas.

Over millions of years, these layers hardened into solid rock. Later, huge forces inside the Earth pushed these rocks up. This created the big mountains we see today, like Snow Peak!
