Souris is a very small city in Bottineau County, North Dakota, in the United States. It's called a rural city because it's in the countryside.
Souris has a large building for storing grain, called a granary. You can also find a bank, a post office, and a bar there. However, it does not have a grocery store or a gas station.
In a recent election, Nikki Fowler became the mayor of Souris. She won against Willard Murch. The city was founded in 1901. In 2020, only 37 people lived in Souris.

In 2010, a count of the population was done. This count showed that 58 people lived in Souris. These people lived in 32 different homes, and 16 of these were families.
