South Vienna is a small village located in Clark County, Ohio, in the United States. In 2020, about 402 people lived there. It is part of the larger Springfield, Ohio area.
South Vienna is located about halfway between the cities of Dayton and Columbus. Every year, after Labor Day, the village hosts the South Vienna Corn Festival. A cool fact about South Vienna is that it was given Permit #1 by the State of Ohio for its traffic lights, meaning it was one of the very first places to get official approval for them!

History of South Vienna
South Vienna was first known simply as Vienna. The village was planned out and officially started in 1833. A post office, which is a place where you send and receive mail, was opened in 1840 and was called Vienna Cross Roads. Later, in 1909, the name of the village was changed to South Vienna.
