St. Augustine is a small village located in Knox County, Illinois, in the United States. In 2020, about 119 people lived there. It is part of the larger Galesburg area.
Where is St. Augustine?
St. Augustine is in the southwest part of Knox County. The village's southern edge is right next to Fulton County.
A main road, Illinois Route 41, goes through the middle of the village. If you go north on Route 41, it's about 6 miles to Abingdon. It's about 17 miles to Galesburg, which is the main town of the county. Going south on Route 41, it's about 14 miles to Bushnell.
Another road, Illinois Route 116, runs along the northern border of St. Augustine. This road goes east about 8 miles to London Mills and west about 13 miles to Roseville.
The village covers a total area of about 0.63 square miles (1.63 square kilometers), and all of it is land.
