Stephanie Morgenstern (born December 10, 1965) is a Canadian actress, filmmaker, and writer. She has worked in movies, TV shows, and on stage in both English and French.
Many people know Stephanie's voice from popular animated shows and video games. She was the original English voice of Sailor Venus in the Sailor Moon TV series and movies. She also voiced Regina in the Dino Crisis video game series and Yin in Yin Yang Yo!.
Besides acting, Stephanie is also a talented writer and director. She helped create and write the popular Canadian TV shows Flashpoint and X Company.

Stephanie and her husband, Mark Ellis, are a creative team. Together, they created Flashpoint, a Canadian police drama. The show started in 2008 and ran for five years. It was very popular and won several awards, including a Gemini and a Canadian Screen Award for Best Dramatic Series. Flashpoint was so successful that it was sold to over 50 countries around the world!
After Flashpoint, Stephanie and Mark also created X Company. This was a spy thriller set during WWII (World War II).
